Our state-of-the-art automated mail-processing center combines years of experience with specialized equipment to handle even the most demanding applications.

Genesis Direct currently houses the equipment and capacity to complete up to 600,000 pieces of mail per day. We operate on three shifts for 24-hour service, six days a week.

Our success is derived from combining current technology, skilled personnel, updated data systems, advanced software and proven methodologies. This creates an environment of efficiency and provides for seamless and fluid direct mail production.

Genesis Direct is in the unique position of housing an onsite federal postal inspector and MERLIN postal verification equipment. This ensures that outgoing mail adheres to postal standards before leaving our facility.

In addition, we provide ongoing training for our staff. We are always researching and purchasing the most efficient equipment to meet our clients’ needs. And we’re dedicated to maintaining the most updated and most secure data systems possible.

The Production Services Team is responsible for the accurate production of all direct mail projects using various levels of standard and high tech machinery. Services include:

• Laser Printing
• Inkjet Printing
• Folding
• Inserting
• Sorting
• On-Site Postal Processing

In addition, our expedient production crew controls all inventory in our on-site warehouses and oversees the on-time post office delivery of more than 10-million pieces of mail per month.
