Ron Diehl serves as president and company motivator while managing the extensive production services and administrative sides of the business. His positive outlook and laid-back attitude keeps things light in the time-sensitive, deadline-driven atmosphere of direct mail production.

Maintaining a productive facility, and assuring that Genesis Direct’s capabilities meet the needs of our clients, is at the heart of Ron’s daily focus. Expansion plans, new equipment purchases and increased throughput are the customer-driven business decisions Ron faces daily.

A valuable resource to his management of Genesis Direct is membership in the TEC International (Tampa Bay) organization. Through TEC, Ron is able to interact with CEOs from non-competing industries in confidential sessions to exchange ideas, share opinions on best practices and gain access to a global brain trust incorporating some of the best current thinking on business issues.

Ron’s 30-year direct mail experience includes operations management of a laser printing facility, customer service, sales and account management. He holds a degree in Business Administration and proudly served four years in the U.S. Air Force. Ron has an eye for details, a logistical mindset and a fresh sense of humor that keeps the production crew and schedules completely on track.
