Providing the best customer service in the business is David’s goal. Even on days with frantic schedules you can count on his personal contact, individual attention and complete focus on the business at hand. With David, the customer always comes first.

His entrepreneurial spirit developed early in his career as he sought to learn the best from the best, then do it better. He received rigorous sales training through the Xerox Corporation in the mid-80s. Then garnered twenty years experience in the sales and marketing arena, learning the direct mail trade at the roots of its highly demanded development.

In 1995, the chance to open his own business came to fruition with Genesis Direct. Through his natural born talents, sales training, business intuition, and the constant drive to improve, Genesis has experienced an average growth rate of 40% a year.

He views his clients as business partners. His quick, effective decision-making, astute insight and spot-on advice are qualities they have come to depend on. Of his extensive base of loyal clients nationwide, many have relied on David for their marketing success for more than a decade.

A longtime member of the Direct Marketing Association (DMA), David’s designs and ideas take the notice of national direct marketing organizations while providing measurable results for his clientele.
